• Orders are only confirmed after payment is received.

4. No Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products:
• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Refunds are only considered in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• All timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Delays may occur due to material availability or workload.
• NH-Custom is not responsible for carrier delays once shipped.

• Copy designs
• Reproduce artwork
• Use NH-Custom branding without written permission

• You have rights to any logos or references you request
• You understand the handmade nature of the product
