PLEASE NOTE: Once a custom item is ordered from our store, no returns of goods or refunds will be possible. Every item is handmade for you upon request. 

• If a customer's package remains uncollected beyond the specified collection period, NH Custom will not refund the shipping fee associated with the order.

Please be aware of this policy when making a purchase with us. We encourage you to collect your packages promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
